when booking me for assignments keep in mind my pay rate differs by type:

hourly :: minimum of 2 hours & up to 4 hours
half-day :: minimum of 5 hours & up to 6 hours
full-day :: minimum of 7 hours & up to 12 hours
multiple-day :: minimum of two days
flight expenses and/or hotel expenses and/or car rental expenses must be booked & fully-paid within 3 weeks prior for out-of-state
+gasoline expenses additionally charged beginning at 40 miles+
