Greetings! My name is Maurice, and I'm a very experienced professional photographer, with a passion for making your session fun and memorable. While I love being a photographer, I've been on BOTH sides of the camera. I'm the founder of the meetup group "Shut Up And Shoot Raw," where I offer instruction on lighting, posing, and post production. Why the name Kickmaster? After decades of dedicated practice, I've earned the rank of "Grandmaster" in the martial art of Taekwondo.

Many so-called "photographers" are just folks with cameras. In these days of digital and instant gratification, the photographic bar has been lowered to the point where most people are satisfied with "almost good enough." I seriously invest in my talent, and my equipment in order to remain among the top headshot/fashion photographers.
And, unlike most photographers who use a beautiful lady as their avatar photo, I use my own photo! You see upfront who I am, then and I let my work speak for itself. I am comfortable on either side of the camera.....model or photographer.

I'd love to take part in your portfolio, or just a fun shoot! I'm equally comfortable in the studio, or outdoors. Proper lighting and posing is EVERYTHING! One of my favorite things to do is flattering head shots. Recently got compliments from the good folks at "Diva" for my use of their 18" ring light in my head shot photo shoots. They requested the use of some of my images!
