About Me

Hello, my name is Benigno I originally from Mexico. When I was growing up I was out of shape and wanted to take my physique to the next level. I have been training for a few years and I was very happy with my results. I did a couple of photo shoots to celebrate my achievements and I was told that I should post these pictures on here...so here I am!
