My name is Shannon Adelson, and I am a Professional Portrait Photographer. Although I don’t go on here very often, I joined Model Mayhem a while ago, in hopes of finding others in my local region who are equally passionate about their creative pursuits, and might wish to collaborate on some unique imagery. Although I shoot other genres too, my main focus is on fairy tale and fantasy portraits. While I'm sure we all prefer opportunities where we can prosper, I will definitely consider TFP situations where the flames of creativity are sufficiently stoked. If you are a stylist, MUA, or model looking to enhance your portfolio with something fresh and new, I'd love to work with you. I do most of my natural light environmental portraits on location. However, I also sometimes experiment with conceptual portraiture (ie. lots of scene manipulation in Photoshop), so if you have an idea about something inspired by cosplay, SciFi or fantasy, please don't hesitate to inquire, so we can brainstorm about ways to bring that inspiration to life.
