I am a yoga teacher and fitness Model. I am have been living in New York City since I was eighteen, loving and spreading my passion for yoga. Having a background in soccer I played at the collegiate level for New York University where fitness was apart of my everyday life. I believe that staying active is an essential part of being healthy both physically and mentally and I encourage my students to find the activity it is they enjoy. Yoga, was a way I was able to discover the practice of mindfulness and it has helped me tremendously while living in high beat Manhattan. Being able to combine my passion for yoga while spreading the message of it has been a desire of mine which is why I do yoga/fitness modeling. Each day in my yoga practice I learn new things about the practice and myself, it connects me to something much greater then the mundane worries we all have each day. Most importantly what I get from yoga is realizing how blessed I am to have this life and the opportunity to shine right now.
