I am a returning photography student currently working on my Masters of Fine Arts degree through the Savannah College of Art and Design. My goal for becoming a member is to get access to models to use during my coursework for the next few years. I do not have a dedicated style when working with models as much of what I photograph is dictated by my coursework. But I am interested by the styles of many famous artists such as Helmut Newton, Robert Mapplethorpe’s non pornographic works, Irving Penn and Richard Avedon. I work in digital, film and wet plate collodion mediums. Most work will be in studio and I prefer a light and relaxed atmosphere when working with models.
