Jason Lai graduated from UC Davis with a Managerial Economics degree in 2010. He is currently a Human

Resource Business Partner for a Hi-Tech Company in the Silicon Valley. His time in Human Resources gives

him firsthand experience in interacting and engaging talent within an organization. Jason’s contagious, high

energy personality brings life to his company’s New Employee Orientation.

Jason has a variety of speaking experience from hosting one on one coaching sessions to stirring up large
