Pony Salon is custom hair styling, education and curriculum delivered to you by me, Corinna Hernandez. I create tailored plans for you and your salon that are constantly evolving with current fashion trends. Classes, workshops and one-on-ones are my specialty and offered locally in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Corinna has been a hairstylist for 15 years and has been teaching for 13 years. She began her career at a salon in El Dorado Hills where she got Sassoon training and shortly moved to Sacramento to start advanced classes which sparked the start of her career in education. After taking razor classes at Bumble and bumble University in NYC she would travel back and forth to learn and share her knowledge with her team. After 5 years she decided to be the student again and moved to NYC to start over and apprentice at Bumble and bumble where she learned more than she ever thought and quickly enough began teaching styling and cutting at Bbu.

Corinna’s passion for styling emerged quickly and soon she found herself backstage at New York Fashion Week where she’s been for almost 9 years. She draws her inspiration from editorial and backstage hair but also gets inspiration from her clients, city street style, little kid’s crazy undone hair or self-done haircuts.
