I’m a creative person.
My camera to me is like a brush is to an artist.
The two years of formal training I had in the Applied Photography program at Sheridan College class of ’86 was the beginning of my career.
I started out as a portrait photographer and developed my own black and white film in the darkroom (yes, I’m that old). I became a photojournalist for 14 years in Sudbury, Ont.
I now find myself coming full circle as a portrait photographer again.
My style has changed dramatically over the years.
I love old things, especially turn of the century photographs. I love to create that feeling in some of my work.
I create masterpieces. When I see a person, I see art. I envision how they will stand out in their portrait.
I love photographing women. All women are beautiful-of all ages, shapes and sizes. I envision women as elegant, surreal and mysterious.
I love to brainstorm. This is how the photographic process begins-with ideas, lots of creative, fun ideas.
Each photograph I create for you is a customized original work of art.
I am interested in doing occassional work for trade and models who would like to hire me to do some portfolio work for them.
