I am a HUGE fan of art and self expression. I left 15 years of management and security positions to follow my mind and heart (since my stomach is now empty). The Genres are for what I would do as a model or actor, however I'm primarily here for photography/videography work. Here's a quick rundown of me and my goals:

I have been involved with music on and off stage since I was 5. I've played the N.A.C. in Ottawa, bars in Toronto, and parks, houses, cottages, and campgrounds all over Canada. I had also developed an affinity for acting, and through many plays and workshops even found time to create and coach an improv team for Ridgemont High School back in the late 90s. My career path as I had thought would be in the I.T. industry, and so I turned from in front of the lens to behind the lens to learn how all the equipment worked. Being a member of tech crew in HS provided me with insight and knowledge of the behind-the-scenes tech and tools, and several photography classes showed me the rule-of-thirds, composition, and why light matters.

After coming back to art as a full time venture, I have found myself flush with inspiration. I am now proficient with the hardware, however I'm still intermediate with the software side of things. I work with Adobe products primarily, and would love some challenges to overcome that I simply cannot accomplish on my own.

I'm available for any modelling or acting roles, however for my photography work I will be using a Canon t3i with a 50mm Prime for Portrait shots, as well as the two variable zoom lenses that come from the kit. I very much prefer to shoot outdoors, however living in Ottawa it is currently -32° so indoor can be accomplished. Since I can rarely offer financial compensation, I can travel to your preferred destination as long as I can guarantee safety for all parties.

Since I'm building my portfolio, I have little to offer as proof that my skills match my excitement to create, so go ahead and toss me some ideas. This year I'll do my best to not say no! I will be shortly posting some pictures I've taken with fellow modelmayhem model cc camacho (/3381435)
