After many years shooting in Southern California, I'm returning to my roots in Iowa. I've purchased an historic property in West Burlington and plan to incorporate a home photo studio during the renovation.

In addition to photography and career experience in several businesses, I've worked as a television director and professional musician. I'm also a published author.

Everything I display is 100% my work - I do my own editing and my photos are finished one at a time - no batch processing.

NOTE: I don't pay models. All images displayed in my portfolio are from 1) sessions in which the model has hired me, 2) a test shoot or 3) a trade arrangement. This is not to say that I believe that professional models shouldn't be paid. It just isn't part of my business model.

Whenever I've done sessions where the model was compensated, payment was made directly by the client or in conjunction with a class where the model was hired specifically for that event.
