I am a retired hospital Pharmacist who loves photography. I started out as a painter, painting in water color, acrylic and pastel. I would take photos mainly as subjects for paintings. Over time I began to enjoy photography more than painting and eventually made the transition to being a photographer more than a paint artist. I enjoy all types of photography, especially taking portraits of people when I travel to other countries. My impetus for wanting to join Model Mayhem is to be able to find models in other countries or areas of the US to pose in their native surroundings for my photographs.
