My name is Alice and makeup is my passion. The love of makeup piqued my interest at a very young age, as my mother will tell the story of her 7 year old daughter sneaking into her makeup bag to put on the brightest red lipstick she could find, just in time for Sunday morning church service. My very first job was at the makeup counter in Sears. Although makeup is an ever changing trend, I have learned a great deal about makeup since my days of lining my lips with a dark brown lip pencil and a pink lip gloss center! (Thank God!)
Why Makeup?
Makeup is an extension of who a person is or what they would like to be. It fits every woman (or man) in all shapes, sizes and colors. You do not have to be a movie star to look like one and the results are instantaneous. Unlike the ups and downs of the weight loss challenge, every person can have their beauty enhanced with the stroke of a brush and the skill of a makeup artist.
