I am 30 years old and a full-time wedding photographer. I very much enjoy scheduling creative shoots with models and I am open to most ideas to collaborate and create.

~Less is more in my opinion, and less editing is the goal for me. I will do skin corrections such as frequency separation in cases where it calls but I do not change a person's body, and I will often choose to keep the jelly rolls, under eye creases, smile lines rather than remove. I do soften lines on the face and remove blemishes but expect any session from me to take full advantage of intriguing lighting to do most of the work. I take my time composing photographs with great lighting and make things right to begin with using posing direction.
..with that said, I am willing to adjust photographs to the client's liking but in the case of changing a body/their body..it will come with a lecture. :)

~I do my own printing, yes it's expensive. Don't care! I have better quality prints than any online ordered photo lab - TFP shoots are free and they do come with digital files that the model is allowed to download and print at whim and share with no watermark - I do request text photo credit, tags, or website/follow direction be given to Kim Nix Photography on any posts. Models are welcome to order prints from me but they are not given free of charge. I can match the prices of a preferred photo lab with a guarantee that mine are superior, the session, travel, and time is the gift.

~I have noticed the trend with the deep saturated greens and the grey highlights/bold oranges and contrast/ faded but deep blacks that is sweeping the nation on Facebook. Everyone loves it! Can I edit this way? Yes, I actually like it, but as a wedding photographer I do recognize it as a trend and prefer the timeless look. Will I use this style without request...no I will not.

~I work mostly locally right now with anyone looking to boost their portfolios. Time is important; and there isn't much of it so serious inquiries only. I am an on location shooter, I will photograph absolutely anything but through my eyes it will always be elegant, tasteful, and closely lifestyle.

~I do not pay models at this time as I make income through wedding photography, boudoir, engagements, families and portrait work! Actually, it really benefits me more to work with people that need help posing as I deal with the general public more often. I am willing to work with anyone that is interested in the creation of art and needs more images for their port; these kinds of sessions really help me from getting dull in my photography when things are slow, so please inquire.

~I am willing to travel some hefty distances to make a dream come true - in a few cases I do request fuel compensation only.

-I need an engagement session somewhere wild and adventurous - mountains/waterfalls are a plus, if they aren't next to you I have them in TN :)

-I am doing home boudoir sessions locally as of 10/20/2017 with no cost in return for use of photos for advertising, note that I have a moody, elegant and classy style - that is what you will get.

-If you have access to a wedding dress, I will consider travel for a fun and off the wall bridal session.
~Fashion show/ I will travel to shoot for an established fashion show - bonus points for tx/bridal.
~Concert - Will shoot for a concert free (My low light photography is top notch) I would love to display this trait.
