Hi, I am Sarah Ligan, a woman who makes decisions through my positive outlook in life. currently studying at University of Cebu taking up Bachelor of Science in Tourism. Aside from my love of modeling and doing photoshoots of different concepts/themes, I also enjoy making dance choreography of modern musics and joining beauty pageant which ive bagged a few crowns already.
