About Me

I was born and raised in Italy. After college I decided to venture out and learn and live different cultures by traveling and speaking different languages. I've lived in a few countries over Europe to then arrive in the United States.

I did not have a fitness background growing up, and although I never had weight or health issues, I learned as an adult the importance of good nutrition and exercise. Since I have been in the fitness industry, I have seen the benefits it has made in my own life, and it has given me the passion to help others set and achieve their own fitness goals. Wellness in life produces a more balanced and happy lifestyle that is contagious to all those around.

Through proper goal setting and motivation, exercise will become more than 60 minutes at the gym; it becomes an attitude that affects every aspect of your life. I want to encourage anyone, by example, to feel good about body, soul and spirit.
