I'm a fine art photographer who uses individuals to create stories and works of art that touch on the themes of beauty and meaning. My end product is the printed large scale work, meant to be hung and appreciated in personal a public living spaces.
I've had the honor of having many solo exhibitions over the last 10 years, including 6 solo exhibitions in Europe.
I enjoy not only shooting people but helping them to better understand how photography captures their unique beauty and individuality, and how they can best use it to their advantage. Photography is not reality, but it is a constructed story. Unless an individual understands what they're doing and how they're doing it, they have no ability to control their story. My work often helps people with that so they know what looks best and how to use it to their advantage whether they be involved in fashion, drama or dance. On my end, I hope to capture something from these individuals that can lead to an artistic piece. In short,
I hope to work with individuals in the United States and abroad in artistic collaboration and hope to help them benefit from the experience through both portfolio building and better understanding of what works best for them.
