Born in San Francisco, California,Tommy Joe has always had passion for artistry and expression. Taking a strong interest in theater and painting led him to down the road to makeup artistry. He has been actively involved in the beauty industry for ten years. His comprehensive cosmetics kit, which he is forever updating, contains only the highest quality products, including Laura Mercier.  On this site, you'll find a few samples of his work, as well.

Tommy has worked with world renowned makeup artist Laura Mercier. He currently works in the  US leading events and training other makeup artists.
