I am a photographer, designer, and craftsman. I have made a living off of this combination of skills for almost 50 years. I have a good eye for composition, symmetry, and balance, and a consistant, inherent feel for what I think makes a good photograph. My first published pictures were of the Stones in a book put out by Rolling Stone Magazine, of a concert in 1969. And my last , as of this writing, was a catalogue for Ocean Pacific's european market. I have shot lots of action sport photography including Windsurfing, Surfing, Snowboarding, Kiteboarding, etc., as well as sport fashion, lifestyle, and editorial. I am very good working with models, art directors, etc., and have assisted other photographers on large projects. Most noteable was assisting Jay Maisel back in the 80's! My passion is photographing people.
