All of my images begin as digital photography and I manipulate them into digital paintings. I like to think that ever since the first time a human being placed their red hands on wall of a cave and scratched out images of the hunt with charcoal on those same shadowy ceilings there has been a profound need in the human soul to communicate through images and I love the fact that I now use binary code now to do exactly what those ancient humans did. I try to respect that history and uphold the tradition.
