Mostly, I'm a music writer and editor, and my professional photography work centers on getting book cover images, author portraits, and instructional photos. I have hundreds of books and hundreds of articles to my credit, in a variety of capacities, but mostly as a writer and editor. I also art direct a ton of stuff, mostly book covers, and I sometimes can use my own photos. So, if you are a model who also can play an instrument, sing, or otherwise act in the music industry (for example, as an audio engineer)—or if you can convincingly fake it!—I'd particularly love to photograph you. I'm also open to creating other types of images. I have a degree in commercial photography, though it's always played a supporting role in my professional work. Note: I primarily shoot from my home studio, though I'm open to local travel.
