I am Vip Vop.

I have floundered through the beauty industry for the last six years. I was licensed as a cosmetologist and make-up artist in the state of Maine in 2010 certified in MAC cosmetics, Goldwell, Paul Mitchell and Pravana. I have worked in salons and boutiques from high end to low spanning the entirety of 2010-present. Eventually, I began to build my own clientele separate from the industrialized beauty field and focused my attention on working independently. Recently, I have begun to incorporate modeling into my vast set of skills and interests.

My personal style icons and influences range from the high femininity of Dita Von Teese and Cassandra Peterson to the androgynous virility of Peter Murphy, Alan Cumming and Kett Turton circa 2001, in the film “Gypsy 83.” My name is a nod to my favorite performer of all time, Lux Interior of The Cramps.

I am intersex and prefer they/them pronouns. Please be respectful.

I am an amateur tightlacer, costume maker and performance artist. If you would like to do a photo shoot incorporating corsetry or costumes, please let me know! I also have a variety of about twenty different wigs and hair extensions that I can use to transform my look according to your project's needs.
