I am a fan of capturing a person in a real moment. That split second that they relax after the shutter closes is my favorite picture. One of the reasons I love burst mode.
I've always been fascinated by the ability of others to capture images. As a kid, National Geographic blew my mind. I often thought, "Someday I'm going to take pictures like that!" although I haven't made it to Africa yet, I am taking pictures. There are no gazelles or lions in the city to take pictures of. People on the other hand are everywhere. The creative collaboration between model, photographer, and the magic that happens when the shutter closes can be amazing. That is the art that I enjoy about photography.
