About Me

As I journey, images, fluid and fervent, emerge. I am drawn to their structure of color and light as they play out in a dance of story. It’s an emotional experience, like the sound of fluttering aspen under a cool fall breeze or the neigh of a lonely horse alone in a field. Sometimes it opens a door to a forgotten memory where time stands still; and there I stand looking, looking back. And yet vicarious and stirring is the photographing of a stranger’s exploits — one frame at a time. When I am quick enough, or capable, or even lucky, I capture those emotions forever.

These photographic expressions of composition, perspective, and emotion are my window to the inner world that I see.
