I was born somewhere, did the kid thing for a while and eventually grew up. In college, I originally intended to get into the graphic design field, and not-so-coincidentally happened to fall in love with photography along the way. Photography is my calling, my profession, and the thing that will undoubtedly drive me insane someday.

So, after college, I went out and started working with a variety of unique and insightful people at have had some really fun adventures at cool places along the way. I worked at an art gallery for a while, then as a photo editor at a post-production company.

Working in photography post-production, I have seen a lot of photographs. And I mean, A LOT. While I do shoot standard portraiture (families, seniors, weddings, etc.), I want to really push my boundaries and work with models, clothing designers, makeup artists, prop and set designers who have a unique style and vision. I want to create art, not just take photos. I'm interested in all things urban, edgy or related to countercultures and subcultures. My current goal is to photograph environmental, conceptual, and surreal portraits.
