I have been taking pictures since before digital, but only considered myself "a photographer" since about 2005, when I was working on the student newspaper at my university. Since then, I have been a pictures editor in the UK, a photojournalist in Oman and a magazine editor in Thailand. I am now a travel writer and photographer, still based in Thailand. Naturally, I also take photos for fun when not working.

Given my work history, my photo style is mostly editorial and documentary, with increasingly more travel and varying degrees of runway, wildlife, promotional, underwater and sports photography experience. I admit that I presently have very limited experience with model shoots. This is a new challenge for me, and I am hoping to dramatically improve my skills with time and practise.
