About Me

I attended the Art institution of Atlanta for Graphic and Photography. I have an associates in Visual communication. Did a lot of freelance stuff in Atlanta. But i want to create works of art that leave an impression. I do have an international Cd cover and most of the the body of work for a fellow native american artist by the name of Arvel Bird. I shot must of the photos and did the graphic arrangement for it as well. The CD was called Arvel Bird live. It is one of my first published pieces for Photography along with some pictures that made it into Pro wrestling illustrated. I also have some published poetic works as well. My goal has always been gallery oriented. i like seeing the vision came alive. where the lines may blur a little between photography and poetry.

"I had such a great time during our shoot (despite swarms of mosquitoes conspiring against us!). Gatlona was thoughtful, easygoing, professional, and respectful throughout our shoot. He was full of creative ideas and had spent time developing a few concepts for our shoot, but was open to my creative input as well so it felt like a great artistic collaboration. "I could tell already from our lengthy virtual correspondence that this is a photographer with a heart of gold of gold, but never could I have anticipated the extremely favorable results this shoot brought from someone who labeled himself as an "amateur" repeatedly. Call it what you will, but this man knows what he wants from his model and concept of choice and goes after it at full speed by scouting perfect locations and MAKING parts of the costumes with his own two hands from scratch with no guide other than his creative mind. This is a person that truly inspires nothing but THE BEST from his subjects and really does his part to make the images spectacular. Add that to the impeccable hosting to which I was subjected and you have a recipe for perfection. A force to be reckoned with unlike any other, Gatlona delivers the goods while managing to keep photographer ego at a healthy minimum.
