Born Kisa Ayanna Willis, she stole the show at her middle school's performance of The Wiz in 8th grade and knew she wanted to do this the rest of her life. She began studying Theatre at the age of 8 at the Alliance Theatre in Atlanta. She later joined the Freddie Hendrick's Youth Ensemble of Atlanta, where she continued to blossom until graduating high school.

Kisa is a proud graduate of Howard University, magna cum laude, with a BFA in Theatre Arts: Acting. While at Howard University in Washington, DC, she earned opportunities to perform professionally, including working with Ms. Debbie Allen at the John F. Kennedy Center as well as performing at the historical Lincoln Theatre.

Upon graduation, Ms. Willis moved to New York City where she went on to perform in several musicals and plays with legendary theatre companies as the Negro Ensemble Company and Classical Theatre of Harlem. She also performed regionally and locally with popular shows as Chicago, and Archbishop Supreme Tartuffe, with Mr. André De Shields.

After leaving New York, she cruised the Caribbean aboard a cruise ship where she performed as a dancer in Broadway-style musicals nightly, and also wrote, directed and starred in her first action short, No Signal. She later moved to Los Angeles, where within months, she booked the feature film, Sister Code. Kisa recently wrapped the original TV movie, Chasing Waterfalls, in Atlanta, GA.

Ms. Willis continues to work as an actor, dancer, and model with previous work in television shows, films, web series, as well as in New York Fashion Week.
