Fine Figure Arts

Welcome to my profile. My name is Jay. I am a photographer, an artist and a painter. More than anything else I thrive on working with creative people for the pure joy of creating art. I constantly strive to improve my own technique and to find new ways to bring out the best in others.

I am deeply interested in classical and ancient arts. I am also captivated and inspired by legends of mythology, especially Greek and Hindu mythology. I am fascinated by descriptions of powerful gods and goddesses that are central to all myths. I am also profoundly amazed and enthralled by the human figure. I use my photography skills to capture images I want to work with, which are later transformed into drawings or paintings, or the images are reproduced as prints. In my work I try to portray the human figure at its best. I seek to create a look that is strong, radical and contemporary yet classic and formal.

At present I am very backlogged with my own content so I am only able to work with models who will do trade shoots for shared content. This would mean that we would both receive full commercial rights to all unprocessed images from the shoot and either one of us can use them as we please.

He has tons of props to play with and a cool projector screen which allows you to see reference photos and yourself while you are shooting so that you can receive instant feedback.
