Shaniqua is on Model Mayhem in hopes of building her portfolio, gaining more experience, and one day becoming that makeup artist you Google or Youtube about. She has been doing her own makeup for about 6 years and is now venturing out into the makeup world. She completed a year with Barbizon in 2008, where she was trained in runway modeling, acting, and makeup. From there Shanqua just used what she learned, as far as makeup, on herself. She was also a student at Aveda Institute in 2013 where she received her esthetician license. She is good with natural makeup as well as male model makeup, bridal makeup, and prom makeup. Shaniqua loves that makeup is used to enhance your appearance and gets joys out of the end result and knowing that she made someone feel beautiful.
