About Me

I just graduated with my M.S. in Exercise Science and Nutrition. Health and fitness have always played a large role in my life. I am an entrepreneur and have my own business privately coaching clients and teaching nutrition workshops on meal prep and how to live a healthy lifestyle while on the go. With that, I have fully expanded myself in the health and fitness community in Tampa. I am also a part time group fitness instructor, teaching local cycle classes.

I've had a passion for modeling along with my nutrition career. I am excited to pursue more opportunities now that I have completed my schooling. I have goals for fitness and commercial modeling but am open to other opportunities as well. My goals are to motivate, inspire, and live my life happy and healthy!
