In 2009 with a business owner mentality, Panda quickly switched from the casual weekend photographer to the full time Multimedia Agent. Offering event coverage and model portfolio development, he ran a studio out of his apartment in Little Village for three years while developing his business plan and fan base.

In 2012 he began directing films and partnered with YouTube, generating over 1.9 Million organic views globally through the videos created for clients. Requests began to pour in nationwide and in 2013 the company began filming and photographing across United States, further developing its client base and fan following.

November of 2014 , Panda began a series of business mentor ships and began offering new services. Spending his days Business to Business Consulting, he started to train agents to specialize in Artist/Client Development. His vision for the company evolved and with the help of his partners, the company began to scale and offer internship programs. With a massive vision for the future, the team continue to grind around the clock.
