My Name is Nikki and I am a soon to be 31 year old mother of a beautiful 7.5 year old. I havent always been a fit mom as I gain nearly 65lbs with my daughter when I was pregnant. This lead to self esteem issues and extreme back problems. Finally I was ready to get my life back together and start the journey to a better me a little over a year after my daughters birth. Then BAMB a few weeks into my journey my father whom I am extremely close to passed away suddenly from a massive heart attack. This was very eye opening to be and I started to realize I was bettering myself and if someone did not liek teh journey I was taking well then to bad! I was discovery that you have to love yourself before anyone can begin to love you. SELF LOVE is my motto. So now 5 almost 6months had passed and I lost 30 pounds of extra baby weight that I had been carrying around, 165 down to 135. WOW, this was done all by just exercise alone. I still ate the junk and candies I so dearly loved at the time. Well I wanted to take it to the next level, I wanted to compete. Competing to me was a way to show the world my hardwork. Well Once I did it once I had to do it again. The journey to the stage was a bit rough the first few times but stepping on stage was all to worth it for me. I apparently live to the thrill of stepping on stage and having spectators admire the hard work I have put in.
