I keep a strict workout regime of 5-daysa-week, which includes weighted training, calisthenics, and advance ab and core conditioning. I'm currently working in the fitness industry as a Personal Trainer, and have been doing so for just over a year now.

In regards to fitness modelling, I've always been interested in fitness modelling since I've been in my teenage years. And the continuous good feedback about my physique from friends and family gave me more motivation to pursue it. I do not currently compete,I still feel that I need a bit of time to sculpt my body to the best I can. So maybe in the near future I will compete.
