Amateur photographer.....  I was originally a photojournalism major back in the late 1970's when the newsmarkets died picture-wise.  Life and Look magazines had folded, other magazines cut back their use of news pics as advertising pages increased, etc.

I've always maintained the photo bug and have been doing TFP/CD shoots with models the last few years sites, plus lots of high school sports photography from 2004 through 2008.

I'm open to working with a variety of models as long as your expectations are reasonable.  By reasonable, I mean no deadline such as "you must photograph me by... or just forget it!".  In that case the model wanted to work with me within the next four days or she wasn't interested.  I'm very easy to get along with, but please be reasonable.

Also, please note that I'm in Flint.  While I used to travel a lot to shoot, I'm no longer doing that.  I used to drive a lot for work before I retired and have had models not show for shoots that I drove to do.

During a shoot, I strive to be both professional and personable.  The idea when shooting is to have fun!  I will have ideas of how to pose you, but I also want to hear your ideas too!  I also prefer that a model bring an escort to shoots for your comfort and safety.
