As a photographer, I started developing and printing black and white film back in 1974, while in my first year of high school. I even studied astronomy while in university, to learn more about the nature of light (for my photography). I've worked with photography ever since, specializing in available light and event photography — but I never limit myself to these areas.

I moved to New York in 2014 as Permanent Resident, and love the photographic opportunities available to me here. Of late, I have been working with 360 degree panoramas but have also been in demand for photographing theatric productions and jazz musicians in concert. Well, I love photography; so I am always interested in expanding my experiences and bringing the expertise I've developed into new areas.

Did I mention I'm a post-structural philosopher, with the odd article published on the topic of photography? So, I'm rarely at a loss for new ideas and maybe I'm the kind of photographer you are looking for, to help you stand out (in a good way; in the best light possible) from others!

P.S. As do many photographers here, I receive a regular stream of messages and tags from retouchers who are trying to market their skills. Hey, fair enough, that's what this site is about for all of us BUT if you have been retouching photos for 5 or 6 years, when I started developing and printing black and white film during my early teens back in 1974, not only do I not need your services but also I would never trust someone with so little experience to handle images I have created backed by what is now close to a half-century of experience. I mean, seriously!
