Hey there! My name is Anthony Gauna and I'm a photographer based in San Antonio, TX. I've been a full-time photographer for over 10 years. The main part of my business is focused on weddings and engagement photography. The other half of my business is boudoir photography. Although I don't think my style is typical boudoir, I call it that because that's the term most people know. I'd say my overall style leans more towards a mix of fine art and documentary.

WORKING WITH ME

When it comes to working with models, I view it as a collaboration. I want the photos to reflect your personality as much as possible. I also invite any ideas you have. I don't do much directing because I like to embrace more candid or in-between moments. When it comes to wardrobe, I like flowy items that are either neutral or Earthy color tones. When it comes to locations, I tend to gravitate to spots you suggest or have access to. I've also done shoots at Airbnbs, places on Peerspace, homes, and a few studio spaces.

MY VALUES

I do not do any retouching because it goes against my values. The most editing I'll do is to remove anything that is temporary like bug bites, etc.

WHO I WORK WITH

Aside from photography being my sole income, it's a creative outlet for me. So, it's important that I put my heart and soul into every shoot I do. I love working with people who bring that same excitement and enthusiasm to creating something beautiful. I prefer working with people who have a more artistic or at least consistent looking aesthetic in their portfolio. However, I don't mind working with people who are new to modeling and still building a portfolio. All gender identities and all body sizes are welcome.
