Hi, my name is Edwardo Proaño. My journey begun in the year 2000, when I took an elective photography class in college and ended up working for the photo lab due to my eye for color, light, style and design. In 2004, my talent helped me get a job as an illustrator in the U.S. Navy. In 2006, while still in the Navy, I became a photojournalist when my department merged with photographers and journalists and I had to learn new skills. I worked there for six years, something that helped me master my craft. I was awarded for capturing the US Armed Forces providing medical aid to the victims of Haiti after the earthquake that stroke the nation in 2010, and some of my photos were published on USA Today newspaper and All Hands Magazine.
Lately I just want to expand my portfolio while collaborating with beautiful and talented artists.
