As founder and head of global photography at PayPal Studios and founder/head trainer at CrashCourseCamera.com, I've spent the last few years as a pro photographer shooting all over the world, from huge rock festivals to individual model portraits and interesting fine art shoots.

I' looking to get into more esoteric and edgy techniques through interesting artistic concept shoots that often go against conventional photography and lighting wisdom.

I'm currently looking to expand the group of models I shoot by 3 or 4 females of any age, color, or look... more than anything else, I want people with a strong aesthetic who are open to wild creativity, as I want to create photographs that fall somewhere between fashion and art.

I have a very small, elite group of models who often get the call for this purpose when I have new techniques I want to try out, so if you'd like to join in, please let me know.

Note: Even if you're just starting out as a model and hoping for some experience, posing guidance, and maybe a portfolio-building shoot or two from a pro, please contact me. As you may have noticed above, I'm an educator as well, so helping people get experience and a start in the industry always makes me happy.

Photographically, I tend toward high contrast shots; I also love deep, saturated and contrasting colors; and black and white, and because of my film background, I often use cinema and moviemaking lighting techniques to get dramatic (and sometimes very different) looks.

I'm not just looking for people that will shoot for free, so if you contact me, I'm sure we can reach a mutual agreement that helps us both. I'm happy to pay models who have the skills to greatly enhance mine.

I will also do TF* for anyone desiring to expand their portfolio.

Every model I've worked with, be they professional, amateur, or just someone wanting to get some good photos has been a great experience.
