I hail from the vast corn fields of Illinois and began my formal training in the art of hair transformation in 2004. Most of my advanced training was received in Chicago, Illinois and includes learning from and working closely with master artists from Sexy Hair, American Crew, Schwarzkopf, Davines, and Antje Kastner. I have a serious love affair with curly hair, hard lines, and red heads. I've also been known to swoon over a tight fade and one day hope to perfect a bald fade with my eyes closed. I am a truly a born artist, raised by an amazing painter and portraitist, I was always encouraged to explore and create. Though I express my creative side through many artistic mediums, there was never a doubt that I would end up in the hair industry; . from a very young age hair was something that I needed to conquer and in an ever changing industry it keeps me in constant reach to master whatever comes next.
