Shantell Leann started her career in the makeup industry during her first year in college, October 2011 when peers began to request her to do makeup for Miami Carnival, A cultural festival. Discovering that makeup artistry was her love, she started her first self titled Business called Makeup Shantell Leann. Open to men and women of all races. She loves to transform her clients to alter egos. Working her way to becoming a celebrity makeup artist, she treats all of her clients as such with a Charasmatic personality and guarantees the satisfaction of all clients.
