Sharing her world through performance, dance, spoken-word and singing, Rute Ellis is a multifaceted artist who is currently studying at the UEL BA Hons Performing Arts course in London. Her background is classical and contemporary dance since a young age and kept on dancing while attending several workshops such as improvisation, vogue dance, burlesque, aerial fusion, acting and character building. Being a freelance model and dancer since 2012, she has performed live, on film and music videos and often collaborated as stylist and costume designer. Her art takes us to a parallel world where you can be yourself without any real-life expectations. Rute is also Cows Caos’ frontwoman, a psychedelic tropical surf rock band, where she blends with the trippy music and tells stories through her soul, body and hypnotic choreographies, revisiting the good old days and diving to the deconstruction of nonsense.
