Based in Connecticut, USA, Cora-Sol is the altar ego and stage presence of Cora, a freelance Autistic and disabled Afro-Boriken model, movement and fire manipulation artist. They have worked in various states across the US, booking predominantly in New England and surrounding areas like PA and NYC. They have experience with fine art, streetwear, runway, glamour, kink/boudoir, body paint and commercial modeling. They walked for the Trashion Fashion Runway Show in 2016, Hartford Fashion Week 2016 in Hartford, Connecticut, as well as Raw Artists Boston Runway Show presents: Fixate modeling Curious Culture Clothing line in 2017.

Cora has carried a deep connection to movement and creative expression since childhood. As a teenager, Cora attended Greater Hartford Academy of the Arts where they studied creative writing, musical and technical theater. They like to spend their free time mostly with their two cats and partner, or getting into handicrafts/all things D.I.Y. and home decor. Coming from a multi-racial and cultural background Cora has also been developing a growing passion for connecting to their cultural and spiritual roots, herbalism, healing/wellness, social justice activism, de-colonization and LGBTQIA+ and anti-racist education. Currently they are studying under the Ignite Yoga and Wellness Institute to become certified as a 300 HR Yoga Instructor through their Embody Yoga’s Roots course.

Despite being late-diagnosed as Autistic/ADHD at the age of 27, Cora has always known they felt and perceived themself and the world around them just a tad bit different than most people. As they grew older their unique creativity, communicative, and social differences quickly went from making them feel less than, to more than enough. Cora celebrates life and beauty in any way they see possible, forever finding the magick in the mundane and wanting nothing more than to share it with the rest of the world.
