All my life I heard that I should be modeling due to my height, but as a child/teen it was not something that peaked my interest until I was older. Getting your foot into the door of the modeling world is not an easy thing. It also doesn't help much when no one supports your dreams but you & prefers that you go to school for a degree. I wonder to myself, who says I cannot do both? I am proud of my aspirations. I feel as though in today's world everyone wants to model for the wrong reasons; people just want to feel cute as they get their photo taken just to post on social media.

I wish to model for my deep love & passion for fashion that I gained over the years. I wish that I could change the industry, and use my platform to uplift girls that look like me who may be scared to model like I once was. (My fear stemmed from lack of representation in the high fashion industry) I am no longer afraid to go after my dreams & follow my heart.

1) snoopy & Woodstock from Peanuts on my right ankle
2) a small Taurus astrology symbol on my right wrist
3) purple/lilac moon on left shoulder
4) small om symbol behind right ear
5) semi-large custom mermaid on side/hip, part of face near stomach
6) Arabic lettering on left side under where a bra strap would be
I also have one long surgery scar on my left arm
7) my grandmother's name in her handwriting inside of a rose behind my ear
8) hindi symbols across my chest that I soon will be covering
