Hi! I'm Heather. I am a professional makeup artist and hair stylist. I'm a licensed cosmetologist, and started doing hair and makeup long before school. I went to a Paul Mitchell school to further my education in 2008. I currently do not work in a salon, and I only do freelance as of now.
