Growing up playing sports on a daily basis, lead me to a lifestyle revolving around physical fitness, nutrition, mind/body, etc.. It always was and continues to be my passion and a huge part of my life. I am inspired and motivated to share my knowledge and passion through multimedia, personal training, photography to name a few. I continued to enhance my knowledge by getting my Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology/Exercise Science from Temple University and working with professional athletes such as the Philadelphia Eagles. My hard work in and out of the gym has paid off and inspired many friends and followers. My photoshoots that I've shared with others have embraced a message that has touched many people and my goal is to continue to positively effect the lives of many others through my progress and life story.
