First of all, thanks for checking out my profile and reading what I have to say.

A little bit about myself:

I am a Judoka (practitioner of Judo). I love the martial arts of Judo and train all year round. I hope to compete on a National level one day. Osu!

I'm a 25 year old recently graduated college student. I received my B.A. in Psychology and an Associate's Degree in Biology. But I found out very early post-graduation that the bureaucratic work style is not for me!. So I've found a lot of relief working with photographers here on Model Mayhem because it allows me to create in ways I could not imagine before. A picture is worth a thousand words they say, and that's exactly what I set out to do here. I want to create beautiful, artistic images that are both striking and meaningful when people see them. I don't want to just look pretty or sexy all the time. I want to create artwork with each image as I build my portfolio.

The photos you see in my portfolio are mainly themes that my photographers have chosen for me. While I like dressing up and looking great in photos, I want more out of my photos than that. So with my degree in Psychology, I plan on going out to the community and applying what I've learned over the years to create meaningful pictures for projects I truly believe in.

Some projects I wish to shoot with photographers who are interested:

1) Impact of Sexual Assault

Concept: Demonstrate through a series of photos the impact victims of sexual assault face as an aftermath.* Please message me if you're interested in shooting this concept with me.

*I've completed half of this project already, but still looking for a few more conceptual images.

2) Girls in Gis!

There's a huge fetish market for female martial artists who wear gi uniforms -- and look good in them! Being a Judoka (practitioner of Judo) myself, I can definitely pose well for this photoshoot concept! Message me if interested in shooting with me.

3) The Iron Cage of Bureaucracy

Inspired by sociologist Max Weber's "Iron Cage." This photoshoot concept is about the imprisonment of the working and middle classes. With few employee benefits and long, dull hours of work at the office, it can seem like one is caged up for 8 hours a day at a job that has no personal meaning or value. I wish to demonstrate this form of imprisonment through photos. Message me for details.
