I recently finished a very intensive Apprentice on the job training program SALEM Communications in Los Angeles, where I received one on one tutoring by their Director of Programming, Jason Jeffries.  Currently writing and recording Broadcasting spots, commercials, News, Sports, PSAs, Hosting and a variety of deliver styles and techniques. I’m also learning the radio board hands on. Familiar with broadcasting equipment such as Audio Vault and VOX PC, NexGen and, and Pro tools. Knowledge of all FCC rules and regulations related to broadcast marketing.

With the help of the Entertainment Career Connection, I was able to find a great mentor Ken Herrera from WBBM Chicago- 780 AM/ B96 FM and I briefly apprenticed with him until he was transfer to be Director of News and Information for several stations in Milwaukee such as WISN/WOKY/WMIL/WLTQ/WKKV and WRIT. I then decided to and relocate and finish the program in Los Angeles for a better opportunity.

Was the Recruitment Manager, currently assisting Production Manager in recruiting models for all video and multi media production projects, calendars, posters etc. I was alo Project Coordinator for all aspects of the shoot. I booked locations, make up team, photographers etc. We also recruit, hire, guide, and teach, to get the best final results. Noir media was a great challenge and experience; I started as a print model/talent to then being promoted to Executive Director for all projects through Noir Media. I was trained working side by side with my partner and friend Production Manager Michael Smith. I assisted in the recruitment process and coordinated all production schedules for upcoming shoots. Scheduling everything from the camera crew, make up and talent.

We also do parades and festivals-anywhere we are allowed to promote on location. Our goal was to promote and sale our product to the best of our abilities using our experience sales statics.

I started as a Model scout on location and open casting calls. I was then enrolled as a model in late November 2002. I booked my first promotional job two weeks later and this began my promotional/print modeling career.
