Thank you for viewing my profile. My name is Daniel Huang and I am a Chinese plant physiology researcher living in Rotterdam the Netherlands.
Asian models were never been the mainstream in the modelling industry. Somehow, a general impression for a male model is more assumed to be a good looking masculine and muscular Caucasian young man. In some extreme cases, "No Asian, no black, no middle east, thank you" can be quite often seen in the personal profile of gay dating apps. It is purely discrimination and stereotyping. The beauty of the male form should not be so much limited to certain human race.
Personally, I hold the believe that discrimination and stereotyping are formed due to lack of knowledge. One can hardly find out the beauty of something before (s)he could really "see" it. Thus, maybe, modelling can contribute a little bit to the public awareness.
I started modeling in 2010. Since then I have shot with photographers in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France and Switzerland. Experienced in both studio shootings and outdoor locations.
I am able to travel as compensated with expenses for transportation, meal and accommodation.
