I have been behind the lens since my teens and strived to take photography to the unexplored - infrared, ultra high contrast, etc., by using lighting and special film to get the effect I wanted rather than doctoring photos in a dark room. I continue that practice today and look for settings that are unique, challenging, and different than the "norm". I strive to use natural light as much as possible with minimum post shoot "touch up" work. Photo Shop is great but so very, very overused.

Snapshots and iPhone pics are fine but, Photography requires considerable thought and effort and I commend all photographers who strive to create art. I further commend the models who work with photographers to create art instead of art. Great communication between the photographer and the model leads to great photographs.

In all, I strive to create art that is outstanding and captures the adoration of those who view my photographs and appreciate the beauty of the various subjects in the photos.

Aside from photographing the human figure, I am a photographer of architecture - pre and post construction.
